Pale red, clear with some tears.
Aromatic with strawberries and
raspberries and a beat floral.
Light, smoothly and very pleasant.
Good balanced wine with aromatic persistence.
TECHNICAL CARD
Situation : the vineyard is situated centre of Beaujolais’area between Villefranche S/S and Mâcon.
Soil : granites.
Only one grape variety : Gamay noir.
Vinification : semi-carbonic maceration and classical winemaking.
Maturing : maturing in tank then in bottles.
SERVICE CHARGE : Serve all around of 12/13°C. Perfect with cooked pork meats and fowls.
