TECHNICAL CARD
Situation : the vineyard is situated in the centre of Beaujolais’area, all around of “Mont-Brouilly”.
Soil : granitic and sand.
Only one grape variety : Gamay noir.
Vinification : semi-carbonic maceration and classical winemaking.
Maturing : maturing in tank then in bottles.
SERVICE CHARGE : Serve all around of 14°C. Perfect with red meat and cheese.
