TECHNICAL CARD

Situation : in the “Gard” department, in south of France, the vineyard is situated all around of Nîmes.
Soil : Chalky and clayey.
Grape varieties : blending of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre.
Vinification : classical winemaking with vatting of 8-10 days.
Maturing : maturing in tank then in bottles.
