Powerfull and rich well-balanced wine with tints of tannins in final.

TECHNICAL CARD
Situation : the vineyard is situated in the centre of Beaujolais’area, on the well exposed slopes of the “Mont-Brouilly”.
Soil : granitic and sand.
Only one grape variety : Gamay noir.
Vinification : semi-carbonic maceration and classical winemaking.
Maturing : maturing in tank then in bottles.
SERVICE CHARGE : Serve all around of 14°C. Ideal with cooked meat and cheese.
