Situation : the vineyard is situated south of Beaujolais’area, north of Lyon.
Soil : granitic.
Only one grape variety : Gamay noir
Vinification : classical winemaking by bleeding.
Maturing : maturing in tank then in bottles.
SERVICE CHARGE : Serve all around of 8/10°C. Perfect with first course and cooked pork meats.
