 CHARACTERISTICS

Nice deep red colour with tints of garnet red.
Aromatic nose with smells of fruits, notes of flowers and spices.
Generous in mouth and stays harmonious,
fine and well-balanced structure.
Persistent and fullbodied wine.

TECHNICAL CARD

Situation : the vineyard is situated north of Beaujolais’area, south of Mâcon. It is the smallest of the ten “crus” from Beaujolais.

Soil : sandy granite.

Only one grape variety : Gamay noir.

Vinification : semi-carbonic maceration and classical winemaking.

Maturing : in tank then in bottles.

SERVICE CHARGE : Serve all around of 15°C.  Ideal with game animals and cheese.
