Soil : stony soil. Grape varieties : blending of Cinsault and Grenache.
Vinification : classical winemaking by bleeding with checking of temperature.
Maturing : maturing in tank then in bottles.
SERVICE CHARGE : Serve all around of 8/10°C. Perfect with first course and fish.
