Soil : granitic soil and sedimentary rocks.
Only one grape variety : Gamay noir.
Vinification : semi-carbonic maceration and classical winemaking.
Maturing : maturing in tank then in bottles.
SERVICE CHARGE : Serve all around of 12/13°C. Perfect with with meat and cooked pork meats.
