Situation : on the left bank of Rhône, in the “Vaucluse” department, between Montélimar and Avignon.
Soil : chalky. Grape varieties : blending of Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault and Mourvèdre.
Vinification : maceration during a week.
Maturing : in tank then in bottles.
SERVICE CHARGE : Serve all around of 13/14°C. Perfect with cooked pork meats and cheese.
