CHARACTERISTICS
Light red, brilliant and limpid.
Lot of elegant aromas as black and red fruits either flowers and spicy.
Mellow, generous with fine tannins, a well balanced wine.
Good persistence of aromas and palate lenght.
TECHNICAL CARD
Situation : the vineyard is situated north of the Beaujolais’area, south of Mâcon.
Soil : granitic soil.
Only one grape variety : Gamay noir.
Vinification : semi-carbonic maceration and classical winemaking.
Maturing : maturing in tank then in bottles.
SERVICE CHARGE : Serve all around of 15°C. Perfect with fowls and white meat.
