Situation : the vineyard is situated north of Beaujolais’area and south of Mâcon.
Soil : schistous, granitic and clayey.
Single grape variety : Gamay noir.
Vinification : semi-carbonic maceration and classical Winemaking.
Maturing : in tank then in bottles.
SERVICE CHARGE : Serve all around of 15°C. Perfect with feathered games and fowls with a sauce.
