Situation : the vineyard is situated south of Burgundy’s area, all around of Mâcon.
Soil : marly and chalky.
Grape varieties : blending of Gamay noir and Pinot noir.
Vinification : semi-carbonic maceration and classical winemaking.
Maturing : maturing in tank then in bottles.
SERVICE CHARGE : Serve all around of 14°C. Perfect with red meats.
