Very aromatic with a dominant of fruits and especially red fruits.
Harmonious, balanced and persistent. Elegant wine with a good structure.
TECHNICAL CARD
Situation : the vineyard is situated centre of Beaujolais’area, south of Mâcon.
Soil : schist.
Only one grape variety : Gamay noir.
Vinification : semi-carbonic maceration and classical winemaking.
Maturing : maturing in tank then in bottles.
SERVICE CHARGE : Serve all around of 14°C. Perfect with hot first course and fowls cooked.
