A nice deep red, dull and limpid.
Aromatic, fine and rich with aromas of blueberries and a touch of spice.
Supple in the mouth, generous and elegant tannins. Persistent, well structured and balanced.
TECHNICAL CARD
Situation : the vineyard is situated north of Beaujolais’area, south of Mâcon.
Soil : granite.
Only one grape variety : Gamay noir.
Vinification : semi-carbonic maceration and classical winemaking.
Maturing : maturing in tank then in bottles. .
SERVICE CHARGE : Serve all around of 15/16°C. Perfect with red meats, games and cheese.
