Soil : granitic and sandy.
Only one grape variety : Gamay noir.
Vinification : semi-carbonic maceration and classical winemaking.
Maturing : maturing in tank then in bottles.
SERVICE CHARGE : Serve all around of 14°C. Perfect with hot first course and fowls cooked.
