A deep red robe with hints of brown.
Good intensity with aromas of cooking fruits and prunes.
A slight note of liquorice.
Rounded wien with soft tannins and palate length. Very aromatic and pleasant wine.
TECHNICAL CARD
Situation : the vineyard, on the hillside, is situated on the right bank of “Rhône” river between Vienne and Valence.
Soil : granitic.
Only one grape variety : Syrah
Vinification : classical winemaking of red wines.
Maturing : maturing in tank then in bottles
SERVICE CHARGE : Serve all around of 15/16°C. Perfect with red meat and cheese.
