Golden with brilliant tints, rather dense.
Very aromatic and fine : with fruits, lime tree touch of toast.
Good acidity, rounded and generous. Intensity of aromas, lenght in mouth and well balanced.
TECHNICAL CARD
Situation : the vineyard is situated in the south of Burgundy, in the south of Mâcon
Soil : schist and granite.
Only one grape variety : Chardonnay.
Vinification : classical winemaking of white wines of Burgundy.
Maturing : maturing in tank then in bottles.
SERVICE CHARGE : Serve all around of 8/9°C. Perfect with fish cooked.
